With support from the Pepco Foundation, it was possible to purchase the Sensory Box (25050) from our Sensorica line. We were happy to join this initiative by offering the product on preferential terms, without making any profit from this sale. In this way, we wanted to contribute to a valuable project that supports children’s development and well-being.
.
The Sensory Box from the Sensorica line is designed to stimulate the senses, develop fine motor skills and encourage children to actively explore their surroundings. Its variety of manipulative elements lets children learn through touch, movement and their own experimentation. This makes play not only an engaging experience, but also a chance to practise many useful skills.
.
The equipment encourages children to try a range of activities, such as sliding and turning parts, exploring simple mechanisms and practising everyday tasks like tying shoelaces. Each of these tasks can support the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration and precise movement.
.

Sensory play is important in children’s development because it lets them explore different textures and shapes and discover how objects work. Engaging the senses fosters curiosity, independence and the ability to solve simple problems. The Sensory Box also makes it possible to tailor activities to each child’s individual needs, interests and abilities, so every child can discover its features at their own pace.
.
We are delighted that, thanks to this collaboration, the children will gain a new tool that will add variety to their everyday educational and therapy sessions. We hope the equipment will also be valuable support for teachers and carers in their daily work with the children.
.
For years, we have been creating spaces that encourage activity and creativity and help children explore the world. We believe that play should be accessible to children with all kinds of needs and abilities. That’s why we especially value initiatives where our equipment can support everyday learning and give children new, meaningful experiences. We thank the Pepco Foundation for supporting this initiative, and we’re glad we could be a part of it.
