This year’s edition was, above all, an opportunity for us to meet and connect with people. At our stand, we spoke with architects, designers, industry professionals and partners from different markets. We exchanged experiences, discussed the current needs of public-space users and explored solutions that will shape playgrounds and recreational areas in the years to come

One of the most distinctive features of our stand was our new “FROG” play unit, which attracted visitors’ attention from the very first moment.
Its unusual, imaginative form and carefully refined details brought smiles to people’s faces even before the conversation about the product itself began. For us, however, the Frog was much more than an eye-catching exhibition piece. We wanted it to demonstrate the possibilities that arise when creative design is combined with our manufacturing expertise.
Refined components, colourful details and careful craftsmanship reflect the importance we place on both the appearance of our products and the quality of every structural element. Projects like this allow us to go beyond standard solutions and create play equipment that can become a distinctive focal point of an entire play space.

The Frog generated a great deal of interest among visitors to our stand and became a natural starting point for conversations about bespoke projects, manufacturing possibilities and the growing role of unique design in modern spaces for children.
At GaLaBau, we also wanted to present a broader perspective on public spaces. That is why our stand combined play solutions with elements of street furniture.
The display included, among other products, modern Valby (Kobenhagen) benches, whose clean, simple form complemented the overall character of the exhibition. It was an opportunity to demonstrate that a well-designed space is not about individual pieces of equipment, but about creating a coherent environment that responds to different user needs: play, physical activity, relaxation and social interaction.

The trade fair also gave us the opportunity to present the direction in which we are developing our product range - from playground equipment and sports equipment to solutions for comprehensively designed urban and recreational spaces.
However, the most important part of GaLaBau remains the people. For four days, our stand was a place for many valuable conversations - both with partners we have worked with for years and with people discovering Lars Laj for the first time.

We talked about specific projects, new solutions, materials, design and the changing expectations surrounding modern playgrounds and public spaces. Each of these conversations gives us a new perspective, valuable experience and, very often, marks the beginning of another exciting project.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth, took the time to meet with us and shared their ideas and experiences. We are delighted to have been part of GaLaBau 2026 and to have spent four days discussing the future of spaces designed for play, recreation and relaxation.
We return from Nuremberg with new contacts, inspiration and ideas that we are looking forward to turning into future projects.
See you at the next trade fair!
