Thanks to that initiative, many of the sites were supplied with benches, tables, fitness equipment, and trash bins. Not only are they improving the aesthetic value of the industrial park but most importantly they provide a place to rest for people working on the site. This project answers the growing awareness of the importance of green spaces and rest during the work day.
During the creative stage, the designers focused on harmoniously combining a comfortable space with the surrounding industrial complex. They used high-quality materials such as larch and oak wood and powder-coated steel which guarantee durability and weather resistance - the key aspects of outdoor design. It was crucial to us, to create a space where the employees could rest, get inspired, spend time together, and socialize. We strive to make the workplace a space for meeting people and forging new social bonds. Employee happiness makes the job easy :) Thanks to our cooperation with Panattoni we could make that goal a reality.
This initiative shows how important it is to design for the wellbeing of the employees. Relaxation zones in Panattoni industrial parks show that thoughtful design improves the quality of life. The Implementation of this project was met with enthusiasm from both the management of Panattoni and the workers, who can already enjoy the spaces.
This is the next step to creating a safe space within the industrial sector, where the quality of the workplace becomes as important as efficiency.
